HEALTHY GUMS & HEALTHY TEETH

Many people eat processed foods these days & these foods do not provide the necessary mineral that the body needs for healthy strong teeth thus decay & gum problems have their beginning....

Inflamed gums means bacteria are travelling throughout the blood & can cause a myriad of diseases including heart disease & Alzheimers.

There is a school of thought which says if you practice 'oil pulling' this ensures clean gums.

I myself practised this everyday, not knowing the mouth has a 'microbiome' just as the 'gut' does.
Oil pulling ( I used coconut oil with essential oils added) kills ALL the bacteria, both the good and the bad.
I learn that it is fine to use oil pulling perhaps twice a week but as soon as you finish, it is best to rinse your mouth with clean water then re-establish the balance of the bacteria by using a probiotic powder or drink & rinse your mouth with this.
The good bacteria actually protect the gums & stop the bad bacteria from gaining entrance to the deeper pockets of the gums.
So I have followed this protocol for some time and can honestly tell you it works. My gums are the healthiest they have been for a long time & getting better all the time.

If you look at Dr Axe'x website he has a wonderful recipe for home made toothpaste.

Dr Axe also has a recipe for a very effective mouth wash which you can make at home:

FULFILL YOU DESIRES

GET WHAT  YOU WANT

Image result for unity loving everyone

We are vibrational beings so what we think is energy thus creates waves of vibration.
Positive thought will create positive vibrations thus bring you closer to you getting what you want by matching the vibrations of what you want.
Raise your vibrations by

  • standing barefoot on the grass, sand or soil (it grounds you, connects you to receiving negative electrons from the earth)
  • smelling essential oils
  • laughing
  • feeling love
  • calling our GOURANGA (I have tried many experiments on myself & others & noted calling out Gouranga works immediately, creating waves of happiness)
  • being grateful
  • dancing
  • eating raw vegetables
  • being creative
  • deep breathing

The Magic of Nettles

Nettles are amazing

Stinging nettles

Nettles are wonderful plants. As they grow everywhere you can pick them. Please be careful & use gloves & also pick them from a location where dogs cannot get to.

Nettles:
1) Cleanse the blood
2) Reduce inflammation
3) Contain natural anti histamines so can help with allergic reactions
4) Stimulate the lymphatic system which is one of the main ways in which the body detoxes.
5) Improves skin conditions
6) Supports the kidneys & can help in breaking down kidney stones.
7) Helps in reducing blood sugar levels
8) Supports adrenal function
9) improves iron in the blood.
10) Lowers blood cholesterol
11) Helps with respiratory illness
12) Good for hair
13) Improved prostrate health
14) Reduces mucus build up
15) Contains mineral including zinc.

Nettles and the Heart

Nettles and their effect on inflammation

There are lots of ways of using nettles. I allow some nettle plants to grow in my garden. I pick the leaves fresh (using gloves, of course) & add them to my smoothies. The fresher the food, the higher its healing vibration.
You can make nettle tea.
There are some wonderful recipes on the Internet for Nettle soup.

Do we need enzymes?

Raw foods contain enzymes!
Food when cooked becomes deficient in enzymes.
Enzymes are needed for

  • energy production
  • healing cuts & wounds & for mounting a defence against infections
  • helping in removing toxic waste from cells
  • reducing inflammation, which accompanies all disease.
  • digesting fats
  • longevity
  • healthy immune system function

Just like Yin energy, the reserve of which is determined at birth  for each individual & if used up long before the person grows older, causes a 'lack' leading to weakened kidney function as well as a host of chronic conditions.
In life we see everything needs to be balanced - work & rest, the external verses the internal, socialising & time spent alone etc

We are all born with a well of enzymes, stored within the pancreas, although the body has the ability of producing them in the salivary glands, and in the gut.
If we use up all these enzymes long before we have completed our cycle within this body, then enzymes are depleted.
Enzyme depletion occurs when we eat refined foods or foods that require a large amount of enzymes to digest.

 Main types of enzymes
* lipase:     aids in digesting fats
* sucrase:  aids in breaking down complex sugars & starches
* cellulase: breaks down fibres
* amylase: breaks down starches, sugar & carbohydrates
* lactase:   aids in digesting dairy products
* protease: breaks down proteins
* maltase:  digests malt sugars found in grains

We can increase your enzyme levels by eating raw (living) foods, chewing food properly to allow it to mix thoroughly with saliva to start the digestion and eating less. Of course you can add a good quality food based enzyme supplement to your daily regime.
Freshly grown sprouts contain high levels of enzymes.
Enzymes are not only needed for digestion but also for healing the body. In this case they are termed SYSTEMIC ENZYMES.
Systemic enzymes need to be taken on an empty stomach otherwise they will be used for digestion of food.
Enzymes when taken on an empty stomach are used by the body for repair, for cleaning the blood, getting rid of dead cells & other debri, dissolve blood clots,

Although all diseases must necessarily be treated differently, systemic enzymes are beneficial in all diseases because using systemic enzymes reduces inflammation in the body thereby healing whatever needs healing in the body.

Whatever you eat, no matter how nutritious, it will not help unless it is digested...
Thus paying attention to digestion is of paramount importance.

Sources of enzymes:

  • Probiotics
  • Digestive enzymes ( I use Vitalzym because it has a comprehensive list of enzymes, is enteric coated, vegetarian.)
  • Fermented foods
  • fruits such as Papaya or Pineapple

The Story of Supplements

vegetable

If you eat 'real food' such as kale,

ginger, courgettes, celery, caulflower, carrots, cabbage, spinach broccoli, fresh fruit etc why would you need to take supplements?

I take supplements but the reason I do so is because I am aware that even real food can only have the nutrients if the soil in which the vegetables are grown, have a sufficient quantity of the minerals for the vegetables to absorb.
Thus supplements complement proper nutrition.

I take a B Complex, Vitamin C, liquid multi mineral solution & Co Q10, Omega 3, ALA.
Kale
Co Q10 is essential for the production of cellular energy. Although the body does produce Co Q10 the production is reduced as the body gets older.

Hormones & Enzymes are made from minerals & it is well evidenced hormones & Enzymes are vitally important to keep the body functioning correctly.
Minerals help with digestion & influence the functioning of other nutrients.
vegetables 3
B Vitamins are considered to be critical to health. All stress increases the need for B vitamins.

I myself use B Complex made by Seeking Health. I prefer Seeking Health supplements simply because they are effective & generally contain no fillers & no GMO ingredients.

Health giving Sunflower seedlings

Sunflower seeds are a micro green food. I add these to my salad.
T hey are easy to grow & I grew these myself by putting organic sunflower seeds in sprouting tray & rinsed them until they sprouted then I put them in a plant tray which had a mixture of organic soil mixed with coconut fibre.

At the Hippocrates Clinic in the USA one of the treatments they advocate for people with cancer is to juice these seedlings & drink the juice every single day.
The nutrients in the young seedling are a hundred time more powerful than any obtained in a mature plant.

Field of yellow sunflowersThey contain
  • chlorophyll,
  •  B complex vitamins. In these days of fast living & high stress B vitamins are crucial to health.
  • fatty acids which are easily digested
  • proteins turned into easily digestible amino acids
  • phytochemicals which help prevent disease
  • healthy fire & pure water
  • powerful anti oxidants
  • higher content of vitamins
  • live enzymes
  • zinc
  • complete plant protein
Sunlfower seedlings
  • improve immunity
  • can slow ageing
  • balances PH levels in the body

The Wonderful world of sprouts

My tasty salad

I use a lot of sprouts in my salads.  I grow sprouts such a Broccoli seeds, Alfalafa, Mung Bean, Lentils, Fenugreek & Radish seeds, Sunflower seeds, sweet pea shoots, at home indoors in sprouting trays.
I rinse the sprouts twice a day in fresh water & leave them on the windowsill for a few days.

I do rinse the empty trays with a diluted solution of distilled water & Hydrogen Peroxide. This to prevent any risk of unwanted bacteria.

The sprouts are easy to grow, are very cheap, highly nutritious, taste great, are very fresh & organic. I can certainly vouch for their health giving benefits. They also taste great.

BENEFITS OF SPROUTS

  1. Sprouts are easily digested as they contain 100% more enzymes than even vegetables & fruits.
  2. They have a much larger quantity of much needed vitamins.
  3. Sprouts alkalise the body.
  4. They have an oxygenating effect on the body.
  5. Minerals in sprouts become easier for the body to absorb.
  6. The quality of the proteins in sprouts is excellent.
  7. Sprouts contain fibre.
  8. Sprouts increased fatty acids.
  9. Sprouts help protect against free radical damage.
  10. Fresh broccoli sprouts are greater in potency than ordinary broccoli.

LOVELY GOURANGA STORY

Was at a centre & I went into the open area to see if I could see my client. A lady came up to me, lovingly touched my Call out Gouranga, Be Happy badge & said Gouranga. I did not recognise her & asked her how she knew of Gouranga. She said CAB – my previous work place. Apparently she was really upset as she had debts & I had given her a laminated Gouranga card to stick on her door. I asked her how her debts were & she laughed saying all gone!

All of the people who work at the centre where I work once a week got cookies today. I was certainly the most popular person there. But in fact the mercy of Gouranga flows unlimitedly.

The Power of Gouranga

I saw a lady who had lost her adult son & this had affected her deeply along with her other experiences & she suffered with psychiatric problems. I took the time to talk to her explaining the soul is eternal thus her son still exists..

I also told her she does not have to listen to the mind. She had never heard such a thing. I taught her a few simple ways of distracting the mind gave her a Gouranga, of course. She said ‘you are the loveliest person I have ever met. You are really helping people.’ The Supreme Lord loves everyone.

Gouranga Story

I was wheeling the supermarket trolley back & saw a lady doing the same so I said ‘Come on, I will race you’. We both had a laugh & I told her I love positive affirmations & laughter. I then told her I also love magic words & my favourite magic word is Gouranga & asked her to say Gouranga. She happily called out to Lord Gouranga.

PRECIOUS VITAMIN C

Food: Backlit Citrus Fruits, lemon, grapefruit, orange, blood orVitamin C is also known as Ascorbic acid. It is water soluble  & must be ingested every day.
Vitamin works best when taken with mineral co-factors thus food based Vit C is best, obtained from sources such as Acerola cherry, lemons etc
Unfortunately the mineral content in soils has become depleted thus the fruits & vegetables do not contain as many nutrients as previously so supplementation may be necessary

BENEFITS OF VITAMIN C

The Importance of Phytochemicals!

vegetablePhytochemicals (or described as the nutrients) can be found within vegetables, fruits, nuts, seeds. herbs, spices, beans etc)
They are essential to health.

Phytochemicals have a profound effect on how our genes manifest their activity ie. in health or disease. What you eat matters!

bunch of pepper
Food heals the body! There is no disease that cannot be helped by diet.

Phytochemicals provided in fruits & vegetables are nature's own health foods.
Phytochemicals prevent the onset of disease. We need to eat foods with these healing properties every day.
Fresh RadishesVegetables 4
Phytochemicals act as anti oxidants, help enzymes carry out their work, destroy bacteria, or emulate the actions of hormones..

Generally the more brightly coloured the vegetables or fruit the more phytochemicals they contain although onions, garlic etc contain them too.
Spices such as Turmeric contain phytochemicals too.
Eat as great a variety of foods as you can everyday :)

THE DANGERS OF WHEAT

Wheat
Your diet & Microbiome have a profound effect on your mental & physical health. The gut & brain are linked & in fact send messages to each other. The gut is considered to be the second brain!

Gluten can damage the intestinal lining and cause symptoms like those experienced in irritable bowel, pain, bloating, tiredness, anaemia, pain etc...

wheat in summerGluten can damage the gut lining allowing substances to pass through to the blood. This causes inflammation which accompanies all disease. This inflammation travels to the brain & other parts of the body.
Wheat with Mountains Wheat  causes a rapid rise in blood sugar. Most wheat has been ground into fine flour which is digested speedily causing a spike in blood sugar.

Wheat contains phytic acid which binds to minerals such as zinc, iron & calcium etc...

Wheat lectin can damage the intestinal wall causing a leaky gut & may also influence the immune response of the body.

Wheat contains the gliadin protein which creates a craving so the desire to eat wheat rises.

What can you eat instead of wheat?

I make pancakes using chick pea flour, chestnut & buckwheat flour.

A HAPPY GOURANGA STORY

What a wonderful day I had. I met a lady who is unable to go out due to her Agoraphobia.
She suffered abuse as a child. I spent some time empathising with her then introduced her to Gouranga. I gave her 2 Gouranga fridge magnets. The lady was SO happy she kissed the Gouranga magnets. I could actually see the brightness which came into her face. Later on I gave her a few tips on being positive & made her laugh. She laughed so many times & told me she had not been able to laugh in a long time.

I feel blessed Lord Nityananda used me as an instrument to ease the pain of someone & to connect them to the most merciful Lord Gouranga J

A few days ago I was on my way to the park & I saw these 2 traffic wardens. I have met one of them a few years ago & he knew about Gouranga. I was a bit vocal about the fact that the local authority is planning to charge residents £35 to £70 to park their cars outside their own homes & also charge for a visitor's permit. The traffic warden said in the end the charge will probably
be around £30. My reaction was that I have no faith in the local government. This may be the charge now but later they will increase it. He looked at my badge & said I have faith in Call out Gouranga Be Happy! Well, I had to be quiet with those words.

Chanting

I took my neighbour's grandson to the play area in the park yesterday.
I sat outside the play area & had closed my eyes concentrating on chanting when a little girl maybe about 6 years old, boldly asked me what I was doing.
I explained that I was meditating. She wanted to know what this meant. I further explained that our mind might tell us get me those sweets, get me that toy, get me that dress so if I do mantra meditation, I can tell the mind what to do rather than the mind telling me what to do. The little girl started clapping.
A few minutes later the same little girl came outside of the play area & sat next to me, telling she wanted to try my meditation. She was not interested in playing. So I taught her the Maha Mantra. It took her a few moments to pronounce Krishna co
rrectly.
