  2. You will get a lot more nutrition from your food, IF you visualise that you are on the beach. This is because the body does not know the actual difference between the physical & the visualisation thus it immediately relaxes, thus absorbs greater nutrition.

  3. Gut bacteria influence post traumatic stress as well depression. Eat more fermented foods :)

  4. As we are vibrational beings, we are influenced by the vibrations or consciousness of the person who cooks our food. Thus if we eat food cooked by someone in a devotional attitude not only tastes better but affects our consciousness in a positive way. :)
    So check out who has cooked your food before eating it.
